A local business that grew out of a local gap
Alphaipulse started on Lamu Road in 2019 because Malindi needed a reliable, honest, everyday services hub — and we decided to build one.
Who we are and what we do
Alphaipulse is a small, Malindi-based business that offers services, appointment-based consultations, and a curated range of everyday products to residents and small traders across town. We operate from our shopfront on Lamu Road — the azure-blue frontage you'll spot easily heading north out of the town centre. Our team is small by design: five people who each know the business end to end, so whoever you deal with can give you a straight answer rather than passing you to a colleague. We've served clients in Malindi town centre, Casuarina, Shella Road, Watamu Road, and as far along the coast as Mambrui. Since 2019 we've completed over 1,200 individual service jobs and sold to more than 400 regular product customers. We track these numbers not to impress you but because they force us to stay accountable — if the repeat-customer rate drops, we want to know why and fix it fast.
How we work — and what we don't take on
Our process is deliberately simple. You describe the need, we assess it honestly, we give you a written quote, and we do the work only once you've agreed. If a job falls outside our skills — large industrial equipment, specialist medical devices, or high-voltage electrical work — we say so upfront and, where we can, recommend someone better placed to help. We don't operate on commission from any supplier, so when we recommend a product or a third-party service, it's because we believe it's the right fit for you, not because it benefits us. The azure-trust palette of our brand isn't just an aesthetic choice — it's a daily reminder to ourselves that trust is the single thing that keeps a neighbourhood business alive. We're not the cheapest option in Malindi for everything, and we don't pretend to be. What we offer is consistency: you'll get the same quality of service and the same honest communication whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth. Results on complex repairs can depend on the condition of parts we source externally; when that's the case, we tell you before we start, not after.

We're open Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–14:00. Sundays we're closed — our team deserves a rest too.
