How appointment booking works
Choose an open slot from our online calendar, fill in a brief description of what you need, and hit confirm. You'll get an SMS confirmation within two minutes and a reminder the morning of your appointment. When you arrive, your file is already open and the right team member is briefed. We keep appointment slots to 45 minutes maximum; if your job is likely to take longer, we'll tell you at booking and hold the right amount of time. We accept walk-ins too, but booked clients are seen first. Appointments can be rescheduled up to two hours before the slot at no cost. We don't hold time slots for groups larger than four people; for larger parties or team visits, call us directly to arrange a dedicated session.

As soon as you book, an SMS lands on your phone with your date, time, and a reference number. You don't need an app or an account — just a working mobile number and an internet connection to complete the booking form.

Your booking description lets us assign the team member best suited for your job before you arrive. You won't be handed from person to person — whoever greets you at the door is the one who handles your case.

Easy rescheduling
Life in Malindi moves fast. If something comes up, use your confirmation SMS link or call us before your slot and we'll find another time without charging you a cancellation fee — as long as you reschedule at least two hours ahead.
